PCPC AGM 2007!

You are invited to the PCPC Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, October 18 at Mitchell Field Community Centre.

As a non-profit charity, PCPC needs you, our members, to approve the audit and elect the Directors for 2007/2008.

Please send a minimum of 3 members so you can participate in the presentation and the PCPC AGM.

Hardcopy of this AGM event will be sent in the mail to each PCPC full member centre.

Location: Mitchell Field Community Centre is at Yonge and Finch, 89 Church Avenue
Registration: 7:30 p.m.
AGM: 7:45 p.m.
Presenter: 8:00 p.m.

Door Prizes and draws

1. as you register you will receive a draw ticket for the 2 tickets to Doodlebops at the Sony Centre - value of $42.00 each!
2. and, as you register, double check that the number attending from your centre is recorded as the centre with the most attendees will go home with a fresh bag of coffee beans from our favorite coffee roastery Planet Bean (Fair Trade Organic Co-op Coffee)
3. visit the Loveable Labels table and fill out a ballot for the chance to win a FREE personalized Starter Pack at the value of $40.00
4. visit the Bags by Donna table and get your ticket for the draw later in the evening for two canvas bags (one large $5.00 and one small $3.75)
